This Lake Michigan residence bends timeless design with modern functionality. The home features a symmetrical façade, prominent gabled rooflines, and expansive covered porches that create a welcoming, open-air aesthetic. Crisp white columns and railings complement the soft gray siding, while large windows and elevated outdoor spaces maximize natural light and panoramic views of Michigan Beach.

Purposeful Design

From concept to completion, this project exemplifies the seamless experience of our design-build approach. We worked closely with the homeowners to translate their vision into reality.

The design emphasis was on maximizing the breathtaking views of Lake Michigan from the main living spaces. This priority shaped the layout, placing the kitchen and living areas on the upper level to create an open, airy environment that seamlessly extends to a wraparound porch.
