Waybuilders
For over 50 years Way Building Contractors have worked mindfully with clients to build refined, custom homes in Northern Michigan. Our pride and craftsmanship can be seen in each home we have built, resulting in the production of some of the finest homes in the business. To date, we have completed over 300 homes.
Way Builders specialize in design-build technique, a combination of custom architecture and home building, which supports cost-savings benefits for our customers. We have built several unique homes ranging from 900 to 7,000 square feet.

THE WAY RESIDENCE Constructed in 2002, the Way household is approximately 3,100 square feet, equipped with 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, an outdoor hot tub and pool. The home captures a mission style character with craftsman influence. Construction was inspired by homes in the Belvedere Club Resort, located in Charlevoix, MI.
